FULL PLANNING

Full planning is where you and the Lead Planner are getting engaged in planning your beautiful wedding. It all starts with your dreams, visions and ideas to bring to fruition on your wedding.  Here is a partial listing of what is involved:

 

• Upon hiring Bella Chic Group Events you will be provided with a time-line leading up the day of your wedding day, so that you can simply follow it. This step ensures that your wedding will be smooth and stress free with our assistance.

 

• You will be provided with a recommendation list of vendors from A-Z based on your needs and you will receive 3 from each category.

 

• The Lead Planner will accompany you to your  vendor meetings and will ensure that you are spending your budget wisely and that you that you are protected, and that you fully understand the terms of the contract.

 

• The Lead Planner will accompany you to your site visits, up to 2 site visits, to make sure the venue fits your needs and the needs of your guests. It’s important that the venue supports your vision.

• You will be granted access to us via email and we will reply to your email during regular business hours, along with a weekly call if needed.

 

• One meeting a month can be arranged leading up to your wedding and if necessary, additional weekly meetings on the month of your wedding.

 

•  Your family will be provided with a customized itinerary for the vendors and the venue on your wedding day.

 

• We will coordinate the wedding rehearsal up to 1.5 hour, 2 days before your wedding.

 

• We will be more than happy to assist with  booking your hotels, rooming and travel for out of town guests and activities if needed.

SERVICES

An investment for the most special day of your life starts from $3500. This will be your best and wisest investment.

• Assistance on your décor setup at the ceremony location and on your décor setup at the reception will be provided.

 

• An assistant will be with you during the photo session to ensure that you and your entire party are on time on your wedding day.

 

• We will also provide guidance for your budgeting and saving methods.

 

• One Lead Planner and 1 Assistant Planner will be assigned  for a  maximum of 10 hours on your wedding day, for up to 150 wedding guests.

 

• We will coordinate all your vendors’ arrival and place of setup, making sure they arrive on time, and at the right place.

 

• We will provide you with a reception mapping plan for your seating arrangements.

 

• Beauty checklists and honeymoon checklists are provided a month before your wedding, so that you and your partner will look your absolute best.

 

• We will also provide you information about wedding flowers, invitation wording and proper addressing, etc.

 

• We will be your arm and leg and will delegate everything on your wedding day.
